Project scope

for changes to the previously granted planning permission ref. No.: 19730. Proposed changes consist of; • Retention and completion of changes to 5no. 2&1/2-storey apartment blocks (C Type) which contain a total of 10No. single storey 1-bed apartments at ground floor level and 10No. 1 ½ storey 2-bed apartments at first floor level and second floor level, currently under construction. • Changes to 3no. 2&1/2-storey apartment blocks (C Type) which contain a total of 6No. single storey 1-bed apartments at ground floor level and 6No. 1 ½ storey 2-bed apartments at first floor level and second floor level.
