Project scope

is sought for the following works previously carried out: the demolition of 1 No. single-storey toilet extension, 1 No. single-storey outhouse structure, and 1 No. external staircase; the construction of 1 No. single-storey toilet extension; the reroofing and conversion of 1 No. existing outhouse to a bar structure; new external covered seating areas; and the removal and replacement of the boundary timber gates along the eastern boundary involving works to a Protected Structure (RPS No. B12); and associated hard landscaping works. Retention Permission and Planning Permission is sought for an increase in intensification of use and ongoing use of the existing backyard area of Lenehans Public House. Planning Permission is also sought for the construction of a timber noise barrier atop the existing wall at the western side of the backyard area to an overall height of c.4m; the installation of a noise limiter device within the backyard area; and all other associated works.
