Change of use and conversion

Project scope

for (a) material change of use from existing grain/seed store to short term tourist accommodation (b) 3x no. storeys with 9x no. shared bedrooms and 1x no. open plan dormitory; (c) proposed conservation rooflights, triple glazed windows, externally louvred triple glazed windows, automatic entrance doors; (d) conservation & repointing of stone walls; (e) salvaged steel columns from the fabric are to be reinstated; (f) additional works will comprise alterations to widening of adjoining roadway, proposed pedestrian crossing, walkway; (f) drainage and all associated site works.
