Project scope

for the construction of a truck servicing and maintenance workshop building, to include parts store, parts and spare parts shop area, staff facilities and offices at ground floor level. Part first floor to comprise staff offices and staff facilities and mezzanine storage area over parts store. The structure will comprise a portal frame metal clad structure and including roof mounted PV solar cells. The development will include access through existing site entrance, the construction of concrete yards and parking areas, entrance signage, new wastewater treatment system and associated soil polishing filter system, and all associated site works
