Project scope

for the construction of an above-ground kiosk (2.0m x 1.2m x 2.4m high), with associated canopy, on a new above-ground concrete plinth (0.62m high), a new 0.75m3 above-ground tank, a new 599m3 below-ground storm storage tank, a new below-ground 13.6m3 potable water storage tank, replacement of existing security fencing and double leaf access gate and extension of existing security fencing (each 2.4m high), installation of a flood gate (0.6m high) in front of the existing control building access door, 2 no. temporary construction compounds and all associated ancillary and landscaping works, on a site of 1855m2 (0.186 ha).
