for a development at this site. The development will consist of alterations to a previously permitted development (Planning Ref. 2560233) and will include the following: • Construction of additional 428m2 of single storey bulk storage to Block B. • Relocation of some door openings and inclusion of additional doors to the rear in Block B, • Construction of a new single-storey staff canteen/office building (floor area 34.8m²), • Construction of a new single-storey ESB substation (floor area 18.5m²), and • All associated and ancillary site works
