Project scope

for development at this site situated at IDA Business and Technology Park, Ring Road, Loughboy, Kilkenny. The development will consist of the construction of an eight-storey office building, with rooftop amenity terraces at upper levels and plant at roof level. The application also seeks permission for the construction of a single-storey facilities management store, a single-storey secure bicycle shelter, a single-storey esb substation and switchroom, a single-storey refuse store, 2no. single-storey external meeting pods, vehicular entrances from existing IDA park road network, carparking and set-down, bicycle parking, new pedestrian and cyclist entrance from Loughboy Park, internal pedestrian pathways, landscaping & amenity spaces, site lighting, boundary treatments, surface water drainage and disposal, watermain and wastewater connections to existing services, and all associated site works.
