for alterations and extension to existing community dwelling as follows: a) Single storey extension to the side (east) of existing community dwelling b) Two additional doors & window to rear (south) elevation c) Additional access door to side (west) elevation d) Erection of 16 solar PV panels to existing roof e) Ancillary office formed in existing garage including new window to replace existing roller door to front (north elevation) f) Associated site development works including 10 additional car parking spaces
