This application also seeks the provision of a vehicular entrance off Glendine Road, internal roads and footpaths, a stepped pedestrian access point on to Glendine Road, surface carparking, sheltered bicycle parking, public lighting, site landscaping, site boundaries, provision of foul and surface water disposal and all associated site works
