Project scope

for Retention and Completion of works to domestic store/ workshop/ outbuilding -to comprise the following: 1. Retention of timber floor structure and access stairs at first floor level. 2. Installation of 4 new window opes and door ope and timber windows / door to south elevation 3. Replacement of timber window and door to west elevation. 4. Retention of 2000s era ,timber framed roof with slate finish. 5. Retention of 2000s era, sand cement plaster to exterior southern and western walls 6. Application of breathable lime based insulating plaster to internal walls. 7. Installation of new toilet connected to existing sewer in adjoining dwelling in same ownership. 8. & All associated works, This is a listed/protected building for conservation under the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage Reg. No. 12323032 .
