Project scope

for a 8 meters by 12 meters, outdoor fenced area to house a Wellness and Sauna Facility and all associated site work's. The proposed development is located within the curtilage and adjacent to 2 no. protected structures namely D86 (NIAH ref. 12000190) Railway Station, including goods shed and footbridge and B38 (NIAH ref.12006001) Former Workhouse, remains of a Union Workhouse complex built in 1840. The proposed works relate to an outdoor fenced area housing a Sauna Facility only and no works are proposed to the elevations or to the structures of the protected buildings and no ground excavations are required
