Project scope

for the (i) construction of 2no single / two storey 4 bedroom detached dormer dwellings (ii) to form a new twinned vehicular entrance to the R713 public road (iii) to provide individual treatment plant and percolation areas to both sites (iv) to provide individual water boreholes to both sites (v) to re-align existing stone front wall of both sites to achieve required sightlines (vi) to retain existing agricultural access to the rear field (vii) the development will include all other associated site works including, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments to facilitate the development on my lands located
