Project scope

for change of use of former creamery to residential use to include demolition, alterations and extension to existing creamery building comprising of: demolition of lean two structure, construction of a single storey extension and internal and external alterations to existing creamery building creating a 2 bed dwelling house, alterations to existing garage building, construction of site entrance, installation of a domestic waste water treatment system and all associated site works
