Project scope

for a residential development consisting of 3no. two-storey dwellings, together with all associated site development works. This planning application forms part of a joint submission with Waterford City & County Council. The proposed housing development itself is located entirely within the Waterford City & County Council environs, while access is provided through a private roadway within the Kilkenny County environs. Separate planning applications are being submitted concurrently to both planning authorities, each covering the portion of the development within their respective environs (A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application)
