Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for the construction of a one & a half storey extension to the right hand side of the existing single storey dwelling with new roof lights to the side roof, a single storey extension to the left hand side, new roof lights to the front and rear of the existing roof, internal and external elevational alterations, decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank and installation of an effluent treatment system and soil polishing filter all to the existing single storey detached dwelling.
