Project scope

for the conversion of the attic to habitable space with a dormer to the south western roof, the provision of rooflights to the front and rear of the main roof and over the existing kitchen roof , minor internal and external elevational alterations , all to the existing two storey detached dwelling. Retention persmission is sought for the single storey extension to the rear, the single storey extension to the side and the window on the gable wall of the existing two storey detached dwelling.
