Extension of Duration - 21/1145 - change of use from existing light industrial/manufacturing and retail warehousing use to Retail Class 1 use; alterations to the front/south façade including reinstatement of angled roof profile, new external cladding and signs with new entrances and shopfronts to each unit; refurbishment of some internal layouts including the provision of ancillary ground floor and mezzanine level accommodation with toilets, offices, staff facilities, kitchen and stores; alterations to car park and landscaping; and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground
