Project scope

for alterations to previously approved planning application reg. ref no. 06/1441 and 12/939 to consist of internal alterations and reconfiguration works to amalgamate two existing semi-detached, single-storey, 2-bedroom dwelling units into one 4-bedroom community house. Permission is also sought for a single storey extension to the rear of the existing with revised elevational treatment and all associated site works to connect to the existing foul and surface water system on site, associated external works and landscaping
