for a single storey extension to side of existing single storey dwelling. Planning permission is also sought for a single storey extension to the front, side and rear of existing single storey dwelling and to include a family flat, alterations to front elevation, removal of existing storage shed, decommissioning of existing septic tank with new treatment system, percolation area and all associated site works
