Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

the construction of a new single-storey porch to the front of the house; construction of a first floor extension above the existing single storey living area at the side of the house, including a high-level opaque window to the side facade; alterations to the existing hip roof to create an extended ridgeline with a gable roof to the side to accommodate attic stairs, allowing for the conversion of the attic into non-habitable storage space with a dormer to the rear roof; alterations to one of the existing rear facade window; the installation of two rooflights to the main roof to the front of the house; and all associated ancillary site works.
