will consists of internal layout modifications and alterations to the ground floor of the existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling, by including the conversion of the existing detached storage unit into a habitable room with an en-suite bathroom and connecting it to the main dwelling by means of a new internal access, creating an integrated part of the main house. All with other associated site works.
