For the sub-division of existing Chinese restaurant and take away premises into two separate units, unit 1 will be a Chinese restaurant and take away and unit 2 will be a pizza take away restaurant, amendments to existing ground floor shopfront facades, installation of new side window and new rear window to suit proposed layouts and all associated site works
