Project scope

for development comprising amendments to development permitted under Reg. Ref. 2360197, amended by development permitted under Reg. Ref. 2461238, on a site of approx. 0.69ha (referred to as ‘Unit 39a’) located on Ash Drive, Momentum Logistics Park, Ladytown, Naas, Co. Kildare. The proposed development shall consist of the following amendments: The provision of additional doors and windows on the south-east and north-east elevations; The provision of 8 no. additional new car parking spaces to provide a total of 19 no. car parking spaces for Unit 39a; The provision of 1 no. additional bin store to the north-west of the building; All associated site development works.
