Project scope

consists of sub-dividing existing site and constructing 33 dwellings consisting of 2 No. 4-bed semi-detached and 6 No. 3-bed semi-detached dwellings; 4 No. terrace blocks consisting of 2 No. 2-bed mid-terrace dwellings and 2 No. 3-bed end-of-terrace dwellings; 2 No. terrace blocks consisting of 1 No. 3-bed mid-terrace dwelling and 2 No. 3-bed end-of-terrace dwellings; 1 No. terrace blocks consisting of 1 No. 3-bed mid-terrace dwelling and 1 No. 3-bed end-of-terrace dwelling and 1 No. 4-bed end-of-terrace dwelling. The development also consists of individual bin/bike stores for each mid-terrace dwellings, natural playscape play area, 1 No. vehicular entrance off the Prosperous Road and 1 No. vehicular entrance off the Millicent Relief Road currently under construction, connection to existing foul water sewer, new footpath along site boundary at the Prosperous Road, and all associated ancillary site-works.
