Project scope

(A) a change of use from part restaurant to restaurant with ancillary takeaway (53.4 sq. M.) At ‘rustic’ Italian restaurant having regard to condition no. 11 of permission reg. Ref. 02/500070; and (b) access to the takeaway at abbey street; and (c) modified rear elevation to abbey street and all ancillary works.
