Project scope

The development will consist of: 1. The construction of the following buildings: • a two-storey recreational / sports building containing a mix of uses (incl. pilates / yoga / dance / sauna spaces, reception, changing and refreshment facilities) with a total floor area of c. 709 m². • a single storey prefabricated padel court enclosure containing 5 double padel courts (Padel Court Building 1) with a total floor area of c. 1,554 m². • a single storey prefabricated padel court enclosure containing 2 double padel courts and 2 single padel courts (Padel Court Building 2) with a total floor area of c. 1,021 m². 2. The creation of a new vehicular entrance to the site (off an existing access road which serves Scoil Bhríde and Naas GAA). 3. The construction of access roads and footpaths within the site. 4. The provision of 67 car parking bays to serve the development including 3 no. accessible bays. 5. The provision of 60 bicycle parking spaces to serve the development. 6. The proposal also includes the provision of public open space with a total area of c. 2,313 m². 7. All ancillary site works including landscaping; boundary treatments; refuse store; and connections to the public water, stormwater and foul sewerage systems.
