Change of use and conversion

Project scope

The development consists of the following works, retention permission for a) alterations to front porch that differ from that granted under 06/931, b) attic conversion to habitable accommodation including: two additional rooflight windows to the front (eastern) elevation, 5 additional rooflights to the rear (western) elevation and 1 additional rooflight to the side (southern) elevation, c) relocated position of granted garage location that differs from that granted under 06/931 and conversion of the same to home-office use, d) 51m2 Steeltech Storage shed and attached open-air lean-to located to north-western corner of site along with all associated site development & facilitating works.
