Project scope

Permission is sought by Ray Crofton Ltd. for the following: (1.) Construction of a single storey extension to the sides and rear of the existing showroom and service area to extend the existing service area and provide new valeting, servicing office space, canteen and new toilet facilities. (2.) The demolition of the existing single storey valeting shed to allow for the above extension. (3.) Two storey extension to each side of the existing showroom comprising additional showroom area , canteen and office spaces. (4.) The change of use of the existing 3 bedroom with study dormer bungalow to offices, conference room, canteen and storage spaces. (5.) The provision of additional car display and storage areas to the front and side of the existing dormer dwelling. (6.) The erection of new advertising on the roof of the new proposed extension facing the M4 motorway. (7.) The relocation of the existing pylon sign to the front of the existing showrooms and the rebranding of all existing onsite signage. (8.) The erection of new security entrance and exit gates along with new security boundary fencing involving the removal of the existing entrances, boundary wall and hedging to the front of the existing dwelling seeking a change of use. All the above along with all other associated landscaping and ancillary site development works on their lands at Ballygoran, Celbridge Road, Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
