Project scope

The development will consist of: a) The change of use of an existing first floor balcony / mezzanine space from restaurant use to residential apartment use (with a proposed area of 81.6m²). b) The new apartment at first floor level utilising an existing fire escape stairs and entrance door at ground floor level to access the new apartment unit. c) All associated site development works to include the removal of an existing open staircase in the ground floor lounge / restaurant area that accesses the existing balcony / mezzanine space; the infilling of the existing void at first floor level; the subdivision of an existing rear balcony space to provide private amenity space; and the connection to all existing services on site.
