Project scope

Planning Permission is sought for alterations to existing stable block to incorporate a first floor, 2 bedroom, stable managers apartment, associated alterations to stable elevations, foul water to proposed on site effluent treatment system and percolation area, surface water to existing soakaways, all accessed via an existing vehicular entrance & access roadway and all associated site works and a horse gallops, associated fencing and outdoor sand arena and all associated site works.
