Permission is sought for a first floor extension over an existing single storey extension to the side of an existing two storey semi detached dwelling, alterations to all elevations and all associated site works. Retention Permission is sought for a detached single storey domestic garage of circa 30.8sq.m to the side of the existing two storey semi detached dwelling and all associated site works.
