Project scope

(A) refurbishment of existing derelict vernacular cottage complete with new natural slate roof and the restoration of existing stone walls with the insertion of new window fenestration to front (north west) elevation and side (south west) elevation, (B) single storey extension to Side (south west) elevation and Rear (south east) elevation (C) the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment plant with polishing filter percolation area and (D) upgrading of existing agricultural entrance to a new vehicular recessed entrance gate and piers and all associated site works.
