Retention Permission for part demolition of the unauthorised structure on site and Planning Permission for the completion of the remainder of demolition, planning Permission the erection of 5 No. horse stables for the rearing and training of horses with a tackroom / rug room, dry feed store, with an integral garage for domestic use, hay storage shed with covered dungstead and effluent holding tank, the erection of single storey type house, the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment plant with polishing filter percolation area and closing up of the existing field entrance and the relocation of a new vehicular recessed entrance and all associated site works.
