Project scope

• The construction of a livestock shed (459m2, 6.6m high) for the seasonal housing of sheep during the lambing period and adjacent concrete sheep handling pen, setback 398m from the public road. • 2 No. ancillary Storage Container Units, Storage Container Unit 1 (17m2, 2.7m high) and Storage Container Unit 2 (23m2, 2.8m high). • Placing of a concrete yard to a pre-existing wooden fenced sheep handling pen (186m2) and the retention of this pre-existing wooden fenced sheep handling pen bounding the public road south-west of the site and including the construction of a compacted stone surface farm access lane to the above-mentioned livestock shed. The items for which Planning Permission is sought are as follows: The partial relocation of existing compacted stone surface farm access lane to facilitate the placing of new landscaped screening.
