Project scope

(a) The widening of an existing c. 3 m wide vehicular access by c. 0.75 metres and (b) All associated site development works. This application would build upon the Council's recent permission, under reg. ref. 2660258, which authorised the widening of this access from 3 metres to 3.5 metres, with the effect that the present proposal, considered with this permitted development, would result in this entrance increasing in width from 3 metres to 4.25 metres
