Project scope

the reconfiguration and retrofit of the existing 5-bedroom bungalow inclusive of its existing extension. The reconfiguration will include the reduction of one bedroom, internal layout changes and the introduction of a rear patio and canopy. The works will be completed without adding additional floor area to the house. The original house and existing extension will be externally insulated. Entry gates and boundary fencing will be retained as is. Two sheds to the side of the house and a bay window to the front of the house will be demolished
