Project scope

consists of constructing 36 no. dwellings. The dwellings will consist of 2 no. apartments in 1 no. 2-storey block, 26 no. semi-detached 2-storey houses, 4 no. detached 2-storey houses and 1 no. 2-storey block containing 4 no. houses. The development also consists of individual bin/bike stores for each mid-terrace unit, connection to foul water sewer, and all associated ancillary site-works
