the construction of single storey rear extension to a mid-terrace cottage to form a 3 bedroom dwelling, which will incorporate part of the existing rear attached garage (remaining existing garage to be demolished), associated alterations to all elevations, foul water to existing foul sewer, surface water to soakaways, and all associated site works
