Project scope

demolition of the existing flat roofed extensions and derelict outbuilding to the rear; the alterations and refurbishment of the existing two-storey gate lodge, the construction of a single storey extension to the rear and side of the existing dwelling with new stairs access to the first floor of the existing gate lodge; a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground.
