Project scope

(I) The provision of 46no. two storey dwellings which will comprise 46no. 3bed units. (II) The provision of 12no. duplex apartment units which will comprise 2no. 1bed units, 6no. 2bed units and 4no. 3bed units. The duplex apartment buildings range in height from part single storey, part two storey and part three storey in height. (III) The provision of a bin and bicycle storage building for duplex apartment units along with 2no. bin storage buildings. (IV) The provision of associated surface level car parking for residents and visitors. (V) The provision of associated internal roads and footpaths along with connections made to the wider Magee Quarter site as currently under construction. (VI) The provision of associated site services to include for foul, water and surface water infrastructure works. (VII) Provision of associated site landscaping works to include for provision of a Multi Use Games area, Public Open Space, Communal Space area along with street lighting. (VIII) Provision of associated boundary treatments to include for pedestrian connectivity onto Curragh Road
