the construction of a detached, dormer bungalow, 4 bedroom dwelling (total floor area 156 sqm) to the side of the existing dwelling in the side garden to the south accessed via a new front vehicular access and dished kerb from Saint Johns Way North while maintaining a pedestrian access along the southern side elevation to the existing dwelling at number 1 and all associated landscaping, site and drainage works
