Project scope

1) New all-weather football pitch 65m x 40m including perimeter fencing and 12m floodlighting. 2) Floodlighting to Pitch 1. 3) Ball stop netting to Pitch 1 & Pitch 2. 4) Spectator Fencing to Pitch 3 with surrounding walkway and walkway lighting to new and existing walkway. 5) Bicycle Shelter, Solar Panels & Polytunnel. 6) Removal of existing boundary fence and re-installation along new boundary line & importation of subsoil to create further level playing surface. 7) New sewage treatment unit & percolation area. & Retention permission for 1) Concrete plinth with low level walls, prefabricated units/changing rooms/toilet block, containers for storage, coffee shop container, existing well & water tank. 2) Spectator fencing to pitch 1 & 2, dug outs, and surrounding walkway 3) Block walls to entrance including gate, tarmac entrance road and stoned up car park areas. 4) Lighting to Pitch 3 for training
