Project scope

The change of use of a carpet showroom of 197sqm to a single storey community facility / hall and development comprising: the replacement of an existing failed double pitched, double roof structure (spanning in east west direction) including valley gutter and chimney with a new double pitched roof structure spanning in north south direction with roof lights; associated alterations to the gable walls; alterations to existing entrance doors; new high level windows on eastern facade; associated internal alterations and site works. The development is within the curtilage of a protected structure (NS 19-037).
