Change of use and conversion

Project scope

will consist of merging and extending part of the existing McMahon Public Bar into part of existing adjoining Elite Bakery (former) building to provide an extended lounge and beer garden area, together with ancillary back of house accommodation comprising of a new stairs linking to the existing basement, additional storage, toilets and a goods in / emergency exit), together with i) associated change of use to part of the Elite Bakery (former) building, ii) alterations to the rear elevation of both properties (McMahons Bar & The Elite Bakery (former)), to provide a new frontage / façade to face Doctors Lane, iii) all associate internal and external alterations and site development works.
