Permission to construct five No. 2 storey houses on a small development.Make an entrance from the public road and lay an access road to service the proposed houses. Provide 5 no. septic tank effluent treatment systems with gravity fed trench percolation area. Make a connection to an existing public water mains and lay supply mains to service the proposed houses.All ancillary site works in association with the above.
