Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

Construction of a single storey extension to the side (east elevation), Front (north elevation) and Rear (south elevation). Alterations to the existing window fenestration on Front (north Elevation), side (west elevation) and amendments to the existing house internal room layout and the removal of the existing chimney and the installation of an Oakstown BAF wastewater treatment system with polishing filter percolation area, and all associated site works.
