Project scope

Permission is sought for the construction of a dormer dwelling, foul water to on site effluent treatment system and percolation area, surface water to soakaways, shared recessed vehicular entrance (which will replace the existing recessed entrance for adjacent dwelling) and all associated site works. (This proposal represents a slightly modified version to that permitted under Pl Ref 22 344, and would if permitted, supersede and replace that permitted under Pl Ref 22 344).
