Project scope

a) demolition of existing vehicular entrance and construction of a new vehicular entrance and associated gate and driveway b) decommissioning of existing septic tank and replacement with new waste water treatment plant and associated percolation area c) alterations and extension to existing 138 sq.m bungalow to provide a 110 sq.m extensions at ground floor, d) roof adjustments and provision of a 48 sq.m dormer extension to rear at first floor level, and e) rooflights, solar panels and all associated site, landscaping and ancillary development works
