Project scope

(A) Demolition of existing outbuildings to the side (south west) elevation, (B) refurbishment of existing derelict cottage complete with new natural slate roof and the restoration of existing walls, new front porch to the Front (south east) elevation and new window fenestration to Front (south east) elevation, Rear (north west) elevation and the insertion of a new corner window on the side (south west) elevation. (C) single storey extension to Side (south west) elevation and (D) the installation of an Oakstown BAF wastewater treatment plant with polishing filter percolation area and all associated site development works
