Project scope

modifications and an extension to an existing dwelling, including: (a) partial demolition of the existing single-storey roofs and external walls to the side and rear to facilitate the proposed works; (b) construction of a 3.6 sq.m porch extension to the front of the dwelling; (c) construction of an 90 sq.m extension to the side and rear, part single-storey and part two-storey, to provide extended living accommodation at ground floor level and additional bedroom accommodation at first floor level; (d) modification and extension of the existing ground and first floor roof structures to accommodate the proposed extension; (e) internal modifications to the existing dwelling; (f) all associated site works and landscaping.
